Dance Expression was established to celebrate, teach and preserve some of India's finest dance styles including Bollywood, Bharatnatyam, Bhangra and more. We are the first and most comprehensive Bollywood dance studio in Markham-Stouffville. The instructors at Dance Expression have a diverse range of experience in different styles of dance. Our Core Values

NEHA KARAM KHANNA

Neha Karam Khanna is an internationally acclaimed Bollywood, Bharatnatyam, and Semi-Classical dance performer, choreographer, and educator. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Neha has trained her students to perform in and around the GTA and other parts of the world including England, India, and the United States. Inspired by her Indian roots and her entrepreneurial drive, she founded Dance Expression in 2010. Neha has participated in a variety of stage shows, music videos, and competitions around the world earning her awards and recognition for her work.

Kareena Khanna

Kareena has 13 years of training in Kathak plus ballet, jazz and hip-hop. She has been performing at events and stage shows from a young age and enjoys teaching dance to others. Currently, she’s a film student at Ryerson University and a part-time instructor at Dance Expression. Her decision to pursue Film was pretty last minute as she had her eyes set on a career in Biology. Take a class with her to find out why!

Prashant Karam

Prashant has over 15 years of experience in Bollywood dance choreography, performing, and teaching. He has been an assistant to our director, Neha for more than 10 years and is currently the lead BollyHop choreographer at Dance Expression. Prashant enjoys sharing his passion for dance with young, aspiring dancers. Currently, he runs his own marketing company and teaches part-time at the studio. Let this comedian tell you a joke or two during a dance class.

Anna Audho

As a huge fan of Bollywood, Anna always knew she wanted to professionally perform with a Bollywood dance group. Dance Expression was right for her! Having over 10 years of experience in professional performing and teaching, Anna loves sharing her passion for Bollywood dance with others, especially pre-school children. Her full-time life is dedicated to the real estate world, but after that she’s all about dance. You may also find her doing some administrative work for the school, photographing her favourite moments, and treating dogs with delicious snacks.

An amazing dance school. My daughter has been getting training from Neha for a couple of months and she totally adores her.
